After months of anticipation, the team at Sega have announced on their website and Twitter that their highly anticipated version of Phantasy Star Online 2, New Genesis, would be releasing on June 9th.
Players had a chance last week to test out the Character Creator and Benchmark to see if their PC’s were able to even run the game, and now just 7 days later we have an official confirmation of a release date. According to the official post, there will be a maintenance on June 9th, and will include a “The Road to NEW GENESIS Event” login bonus event. More information can be found on their site here. A congratulations is in order for the team behind the game, and I know the players are even more excited for this update.
